1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SERPHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Public Offer. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SERPHub provides SEO monitoring, reporting, and analysis tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable generally, except as required by law.
5. Bank Card Payment Processing
All bank card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. SERPHub does not store your full credit card details. When you make a purchase, your payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. The processing of your personal and payment data is carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Upload malicious code or viruses.
- Abuse or overload our infrastructure (e.g., scraping).
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SERPHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SERPHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
