1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind SERPHub with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the initial payment date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@serphub.io from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and the reason for the refund (optional — it helps us improve). We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date.
• The guarantee applies to the first payment of any paid plan — annual or monthly.
• Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund once the billing period has started.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time on a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the billing period and no partial refund is issued.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks create significant administrative overhead, and we can almost always resolve disputes directly and faster. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SERPHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
